You made the purchase. You earned the cashback. Our future browser extension will keep the evidence — so you’re ready when a reward goes missing.
No subscriptions. No commissions. Just on your side.

PURCHASE / DEMO–024THE GAP BETWEEN “EARNED” AND “PAID”
Weeks later, a support form asks for details you no longer have. That’s the part we want to change.
You activated the offer and checked out. Your cashback account shows nothing.
A reward sits pending for weeks, only to be rejected without a clear explanation.
Support needs the rate, the click, the time. A receipt alone doesn’t tell the whole story.
LESS ADMIN. MORE EVIDENCE.
Start with your usual cashback portal and continue to the store. No new shopping destination. No rerouting your commissions.
The extension will record the available activation details, tracking events and order confirmation as you shop.
If something goes wrong, you’ll be able to export the available evidence and a ready-to-edit claim message in one PDF.

Planned PDF contents
A clear timeline, available tracking identifiers, the advertised reward, your order confirmation and a claim message you can review before sending.
“I activated the cashback offer before placing this order. Please review the attached timeline and tracking reference…”Illustration only. No PDF is generated or sent.
Fictional stores, transactions and events. This is a product illustration, not a working extension. The final interface will evolve.
IN THE WORKS
Everything below is planned for the extension. Availability will depend on browser access and supported portal interfaces.
The portal, store, time, advertised reward, available click IDs, redirects and order confirmation — brought together.
Warnings about observable interruptions, redirects or session changes. Browser access sets the limits; no perfect detection promised.
A searchable record of your cashback purchases, with the evidence for each one in the same place.
Follow pending, confirmed, declined and paid rewards when the portal exposes that information. Flag changes worth reviewing.
A structured PDF of available evidence, plus a claim message to review and send yourself. No guaranteed acceptance.
Local evidence storage, limited permissions and unnecessary personal details masked. No passwords or banking data collected.
No artificial purchase limit. Your device’s available storage will be the practical constraint.
Every planned feature, for everyone. No paid tier, subscription, ads, affiliate cut or paid shopping redirects.
YOUR PURCHASES. YOUR BUSINESS.
The extension is being designed to keep purchase evidence on your device. Your shopping history should help you — and stay yours.
PLANNED EXTENSION ARCHITECTURE
The waitlist stores your email, language, optional portal preference and consent record securely on our server. It does not collect your purchases. No advertising cookies or analytics.
Privacy policyNO ASTERISK
Protecting your cashback shouldn’t cost you your cashback. Every feature we build will be free for every user.
Join the waitlistA simple commitment. From the start.
It’s a browser extension in development that will document cashback purchases and organize the available evidence for a dispute. This website is a preview and waitlist; the extension is not yet available.
Yes. All planned features will be free for all users, with no subscription, paid tier, in-app purchases, artificial purchase limits, advertising, affiliate commission or paid commercial redirects. There is no payment to make to join this waitlist.
A portal links your visit to a store using redirects, tracking identifiers and, in some cases, cookies. The store then reports the purchase to the portal. Cashback Guardian will aim to record the evidence visible to the browser and flag observable interruptions. It will not control the portal’s tracking or read private server logs.
The supported portals have not been decided. The optional portal field helps us prioritize our research; listing a name is not a compatibility claim or a partnership. Status monitoring will depend on each portal’s accessible interface and your logged-in session.
The browser list is not finalized. We will announce verified compatibility when the first version is ready. There is no extension to install today.
The planned extension will not collect passwords or banking information. The design calls for limited permissions, local evidence storage and masking unnecessary personal details. This website only collects waitlist information, not payment information.
No. Eligibility and payment decisions belong to the merchant and cashback portal. Evidence helps explain a claim; it does not ensure acceptance. Tracking warnings will be limited to events the browser makes accessible.
The extension is in development. No launch date has been set. Confirm your waitlist email to receive beta and launch updates when there is something concrete to share.
Join the waitlist with your email and confirm it using the link we send. We will contact confirmed subscribers when beta access is available. Joining does not guarantee a place in a particular test group.
Use the “Leave the waitlist” link in the footer to request a secure deletion link, or contact us. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
