Never tracked
You activated the offer and paid. Nothing shows up in your cashback account.
When cashback never shows up or gets declined, support asks for the click time, the advertised rate and the order number. Cashback Guardian is a browser extension that will record all of that while you shop. It’s still in development and will be free.

PURCHASE / DEMO–024You activated the offer and paid. Nothing shows up in your cashback account.
The cashback sits pending for weeks, then gets declined without a real explanation.
Support asks for the click time, the rate, the order number. Your confirmation email isn’t always enough.
Go through your cashback site, then on to the store. The extension doesn’t touch affiliate links, so your cashback isn’t affected.
It records the offer activation, the redirects and the order confirmation, with timestamps.
If the cashback doesn’t come through, export a PDF with the timeline and a claim message to send to the portal.
Click a purchase to see what the extension would have recorded.

What the PDF will contain
The timeline, the tracking identifiers, the advertised rate, your order confirmation and a claim message you can edit before sending.
“Hello, I activated the cashback offer before placing this order. Please find the timeline and tracking reference attached…”Example only, no PDF is generated.
Portal, store, time, advertised rate, click IDs, redirects and order confirmation, saved as you shop.
A warning when something visible in the browser could break tracking, like an unexpected redirect or a session change.
Pending, confirmed, declined, paid: the extension follows each cashback when your portal shows that information.
A PDF with the evidence and a ready-to-send message. You review it and send it yourself.
The evidence will be stored in your browser, not on our servers.
The waitlist stores your email, your language, your portal if you give it, and a record of your consent. No ad cookies, no analytics.
Privacy policyWe take no commission and don’t touch your affiliate links. The cashback stays entirely yours.
Join the waitlistA browser extension, still in development, that will record the purchases you make through a cashback site, so you can make a claim when the cashback isn’t paid. It isn’t available yet; this site is just the waitlist.
Yes. Every feature will be free for everyone: no subscription, no paid version, no ads, no commission on your purchases. Joining the waitlist is free too.
When you click an offer, the cashback site sends you to the store with a tracking ID, sometimes stored in a cookie. After you buy, the store reports the order to the cashback site. If that link breaks along the way, the purchase isn’t tracked. The extension will record what your browser can see. It has no access to the portal’s or the store’s systems.
We don’t know yet. The “portal” field in the form helps us decide where to start. Status tracking will depend on what each site shows in your account.
That isn’t decided yet. We’ll say which ones when the first version is out.
No. The extension won’t read passwords or banking information and will ask for as few permissions as possible. This website only collects your email.
No. The store and the cashback site decide. A complete file makes your claim stronger, but it can still be rejected.
